Circu Li-ion is driving the green revolution by prolonging the lifespan of individual battery cells through our cutting-edge automated battery disassembly lines. Our systems disassemble Li-ion battery packs into reusable Li-ion cells, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. By upcycling these cells into second-life CO2-neutral battery packs, we're revolutionizing the way batteries are reused and recycled for a better future.

Job overview

We need a very strong strategy and business development team to capitalize on the growth opportunities in the battery upcycling market.
As a Business Development Intern you will be working closely with the CEO, Growth Manager and Founder's Associate, supporting key strategic projects to shape the high-growth roadmap of the company.
You will focus on all areas that are fuelling our growth: from driving your own projects to filling the investment, grant, and sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO, Growth Manager and Founder's Associate to deliver on companies' OKRs
Be involved and take ownership for strategic projects
Drive our marketing endeavours
Continuously challenge & optimize our business model and processes
Develop your own perspective and actively shape the growth roadmap
Define your own action plans and execute them

Your profile

Requirements

Completed a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any comparable subject from a top tier university or in your final year of studies
Hands on, proactive, self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial vision
Enthusiasm for sustainability & B2B
Ability to work in a high-performing, demanding environment handling a broad variety of tasks
Possess exceptional organizational, analytical and structured problem solving skills
Confidence and comfort to work in a lean organization and agile environment
French speaking is obligatory
