R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. We are addressing this industrial bottleneck by enabling the automated dismantling of complex systems at scale through computer vision, artificial intelligence, and specialized robotic tooling.
 
Following a successful €20M Series A funding round led by HG Ventures and Suma Capital, we are expanding across Europe and preparing for our entry into the United States market in 2026. We partner with major industrial recyclers and automotive OEMs to deliver measurable impact. Your role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to accelerate R3 Robotics' commercial and strategic expansion across markets and customer segments.

You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that connects marketing, sales, product, and partnerships - driving sustainable revenue growth and market leadership in the circular battery economy.

This is a cross-functional leadership role combining analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence.
 
Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that aligns business development, marketing, and product initiatives.
  • Identifyand unlock new revenue streams, business models, and market opportunities.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch activities.
  • Drive data-informed growth experiments tooptimizecustomer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Build and oversee marketing and lead generation programs. 
  • Foster strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with thetechnical teamto ensurethe marketneedsto shapeproduct development.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure success across growth channels and initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team.
  • RepresentR3 Roboticsat key industry conferences, panels, and media opportunities.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or business leadership roles (preferably in tech, sustainability, or industrial innovation).
  • Proven success in scaling commercial operations and driving measurable growth.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and technological innovation.
