Your role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to accelerate R3 Robotics' commercial and strategic expansion across markets and customer segments.
You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that connects marketing, sales, product, and partnerships - driving sustainable revenue growth and market leadership in the circular battery economy.
This is a cross-functional leadership role combining analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that aligns business development, marketing, and product initiatives.
- Identifyand unlock new revenue streams, business models, and market opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch activities.
- Drive data-informed growth experiments tooptimizecustomer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Build and oversee marketing and lead generation programs.
- Foster strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with thetechnical teamto ensurethe marketneedsto shapeproduct development.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure success across growth channels and initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team.
