Circu Li-ion is a Luxembourg-based start-up, specializing in automated battery disassembly and diagnostics. The proprietary automated battery upcycling platform comprised of the battery library, application layer and robotic disassembly, reduces the need for dangerous and manual working steps, whilst creating clean material streams.
YOUR ROLE
Circu Li-ion is looking for a Business Development Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock new business opportunities and drive sustained company growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, automation and business teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
