Circu Li-ion is driving the green revolution by reusing batteries through our cutting-edge automated battery disassembly lines. We offer this technology as a service model to recyclers, micromobility & automotive OEMs. Our vision is to deploy the battery disassembly lines in a hub and spoke model around the globe to disassemble Li-ion battery packs into reusable Li-ion cells or modules, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. By upcycling these cells and modules into second-life CO2-neutral battery packs, we are revolutionizing the way batteries are reused.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who will oversee, coordinate and monitor the activities of multiple Engineering teams during the development of our product. You will ensure tasks are delivered on time, within budget and with high standards. Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and people management skills are required for this exciting role.

Circu Li-ion has a fast-paced work environment which offers cross-functional team collaborations on an incredibly innovative product.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our software engineering projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope of responsibility is, not limited to:

Coordinate and manage the product portfolio of Circu Li-ion in collaboration with Engineers and Developers
Lead projects from planning phase to completion, including timelines, priorities, and team assignments
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and documentations
Maintain communication and facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders, including Product Owners, Engineers, Developers and clients
Identify project risks and work to mitigate them, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Manage project scope, including identifying and resolving scope creep
Oversee software release cycles and deployments
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project program management
Support in designing roadmaps with the different engineering teams
Report project statuses to Senior Leadership, using defined KPIs

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering and Software development related field is required
5 years of experience in a similar position, Software Developer or Engineer
Proven program management experience in multi-product environment (e.g. Software products, Machinery, Services)
Preferred technical knowledge in the machine manufacturing industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills, verbal and written communication in English, French and German are a plus
Ability to work under pressure while juggling multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadlines
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (Click up, Asana, Microsoft Project etc.)
Experience in project management discipline, incl. scope, schedule, budget, quality along with risk and critical path management
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive million dollars businesses and reporting to Senior Leadership
