Your Role

As a Head of Business Operations at Circu Li-ion, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our business operations. You will work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the company's operational strategy, while ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations across all functions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, and a natural leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and scale the business.
• Build customer relations and partnerships.
• Develop up and cross-selling strategies.
• Optimize business processes and procedures across all functions, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Analyze data and identify trends to make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of operational initiatives.
• Drive accountability and ownership across the organization by establishing clear metrics and goals, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to drive growth and increase market share.
• Manage and develop a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive professional growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve our operational processes and strategy.
